The recipient of the advertising image will receive the following request on their Bluetooth enabled handset via BPS:

“Receive messages from [Brand]”-“Yes” or “No”

If the user clicks on “No” he will not receive advertising image. If the user clicks on “Yes” content will be received on his mobile.

Each advertisement will be sent to a specific mobile phone only once through a blocking feature developed by Out of Blue™. This allows the admin user to specify the number of minutes (1-60) or hours (1-24) to block each advertisement from being sent to the same mobile phone.
